- Advance payment is non- refundable
- Balance payment to be paid at the final confirmation of the art work
- Client can also pay in full at the time of placing the order
- The payment will include the cost of product and shipping charges according to the shipping address
- No changes to the product will be entertained after receiving the final confirmation from the client
How to place an order?
- Go to “Request Portraits” in our homepageSelect the preferred size
- Fill the mandatory fields including the correct shipping address
- Upload a high-quality image/s of the photograph that you want to get painted/ sketched
- Any additional information can be mentioned in the ‘Remarks’ section
- Click submit
- Our team will review your request and respond you via email. Alternatively, we will also get in touch with Messenger/ Whatsapp based on convenience of both parties
- Once the order is reviewed and confirmed by both parties, we will share a secured payment link
- The client can make an online payment using a personal credit card
- An advance payment of 50% of the total value is required to place the order
- Balance to be settled before we ship the product
Shipping Returns
- We do not take any responsibility for damages that may happen during the shipping/ delivery
- We do not have any refund or return policy
